      WY Chan graduated with a law degree from University of Leeds in 2014 and obtained the Certificate of Legal Practice in the following year. She admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in November 2016.

      She joined Messrs Law Office of Ng and Chuah as Partner in 2018.

      WY Chan started off her legal practice on the area of conveyancing and property specialising in drafting and vetting sale and purchase agreements, dealing and negotiating in sale and purchase transactions, handling loan documentations (including advise the drawdown of the facility) as well as drafting tenancy agreement.

      She then engaged in probate practice such as obtaining grant of probate and letters of administration, will and trust deed drafting as well as administration of estates.

      WY Chan engaged in family matters such as resolution of matrimonial disputes and adoption matters.
